Our club offers high-performance coaching across a variety of sports, including but not limited to triathlon. Led by Head Coach John Hickey our programs are tailored to the unique goals of each individual.
With a focus on respect and excellence, we empower athletes to reach their full potential in a supportive and motivating environment.

$160 per person per month OR $320 per family per fortnight​​

Coached rugby league from juniors through to First Grade
Coached Red Devil Women's 7s
Results
9 National Champions (1st place) in numerous disciplines, including High Jump, 3000km and 400m athletics, triathlon, cycling and swimming.
Coached numerous athletes to medal at Nationals, NSW State and Country Championships in the previously listed sports.
Most Recently: 6 State Titles and 3 silver medals at NSW Cycling Championship events for 2025-2026 Season.

Coached the Gunnedah Red Devils Women’s Rugby Union 7s to win the 2019 Minor and Major Premiership. Coached the first junior girl to play Rugby Union for NSW Country and be awarded Best Back of the tournament.
Founder of the Gunnedah Sports Council, including the Gunnedah Sports Awards.
Founder of the Gunnedah Australia Day events: Triathlon, Raft and Craft Race, Dash for Cash, Splash for Cash, Mile Run and Touch Cup and Touch Shootout.
Coaching Team
Sarah Stewart
Special education teacher, Austswim teacher and Assessor accreditation. Development Coach Triathlon. Level 1 Cheerleading Accreditation.
Results: NSW State Junior Team representative. Age group results- Australian Champion x 1 State Champion x 1, Australian Representative at Worlds x 3. Also, coached numerous cheerleading teams to win National Championships.

Development Coach Triathlon Australia, Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, Exercise Professional/ Personal Trainer, Austswim Teacher, Teacher of Competitive Swimming ASCTA & valid WWCC.
Results: Most recent 2nd at World Championships 2025. Multi World Champion Age Group Triathlete, National Champion x 8.
Australian Sports Medal for Winning World Championships.

Our priority of the safety of our members is demonstrated through our commitment to the National Integrity Framework. This is a suite of policies which set out rules for unacceptable behaviour in our sport and how complaints about breaches of these rules are managed.

The safety of ALL children in our club is our PRIORITY. Our club adheres to the Child Safe Standards and our Child Safe Standards Implementation Plan 2025-2026 is provided to all members and is also available for members upon request.
